Skilcraft Gate Valve Lockout devices adjust from 1″ to 6-1/2″ to fit gate valve hand wheels. Will accommodate 4 padlocks with a maximum shackle diameter of 3/8″. Lockout device is made from durable plastic (polyurethane) and can withstand temperatures from -13┬░ to 194┬░ F. Device has a label stating, “DANGER Locked Out Do Not Operate”. Made in the U.S.A.
